The BUYER of an EXCLUSIVE license has unlimited commercial use with the exception of reselling and/or transfering the rights of the production to another individiual or organization without the consent of iKENJ. The track will be marked as sold and no longer available on the webiste. No future rights will be issued.

CUSTOM PRODUCTIONS are sold with the same policy as EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS. However, custom production will not be available for distribution to others unless the CLIENT's payment has not been recieved up to 90 days from the date of completion. The CLIENT will be sent via email several alerts every 30 days and on the 87th day of non-payment.
